




Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing equipment installations, maintenance, and validations in accordance with service schedules and internal procedures, while safeguarding customer assets. Safeguard customer assets and comply with safety regulations **Responsibilities:** - Follow the service schedule as indicated in the SIGhRA app - Use the SIGhRA OS app for: component replacement, configuration submission, self-testing, firmware updates, installation checklists, and photographic documentation - Manage and maintain organized inventory and tooling - Process material returns and requests via the app - Submit mileage logs when using company vehicles - Verify and ensure proper operation of vehicle tracking devices - Accurately record working hours, observing lunch break timing - Monitor performance indicators and service completion rates - Conduct tool inventory and control by the 2nd business day of each month - Execute services in accordance with manuals, procedures, and best practices - Safeguard customer assets during installation/maintenance - Use PPE, uniforms, and tools per internal standards - Complete vehicle inspection checklists and maintain appropriate working vehicle conditions - Validate installed sensors and actuators - Contact scheduling or support teams for issues arising outside regular business hours **Requirements:** High school diploma completed Automotive electrical training preferred Experience installing trackers desirable Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, standard business hours (flexible availability for service appointments required) Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license (Category B) required Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
