Job Summary: Lead a squad technically within an innovative technology environment, transforming the insurance and services market with digital and scalable solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on innovation and code quality The technology area of the **HUB Vendas** has the central challenge of transforming the Insurance and Services market through a **100% digital** platform. Our goal is to consolidate all Porto’s products into a single, fluid, and efficient ecosystem. In this role, you will specifically work within the **Porto Serviço** vertical, leading the squad responsible for the online subscription journey. This is one of the most strategic pillars of our e-commerce, managing the offering and sale of over **85 types of services** (e.g., plumbing, electrical, towing, and installations) directly to end consumers.
