Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building security and automation systems, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving faults. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as the technical reference within the team *Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building security and automation systems, including access control, CCTV, fire detection and alarm, intrusion and alarm, and audio systems, aiming to ensure their proper operation and control, while detecting, identifying, correcting, and reporting issues in installations and equipment.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify, diagnose, and eliminate faults in contracted systems; * Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections on automation systems according to the maintenance plan; * Conduct periodic backups of automation systems; * Develop and implement solutions and improvements by installing, replacing, and configuring equipment relevant to the systems covered under contracts; * Maintain control and records of activities using maintenance management software and KPIs; * Prepare technical reports for service calls, documenting performed activities as well as suggestions and conclusions; * Maintain positive client relationships and provide support, assuming direct responsibility for client service, feedback, and contract-related routines; perform high-complexity diagnostics and maintenance across all systems; * Support teams by acting as a facilitator in achieving accurate diagnostics and problem resolutions; * Train and guide less-experienced technicians, serving as the technical reference within the team; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation is required. * Knowledge of automation systems, electrical installations, networks, and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with programming logic. **Additional Information** Benefits: Transportation Allowance + Meal/Meal Voucher + Medical and Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Partnerships with universities, gyms, and restaurants.
