Monitor inventory indicators and propose corrective actions Responsible for planning, controlling, and executing store replenishment, ensuring appropriate inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstock, while considering seasonality, promotions, and regional demand. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **demand and supply planning**, ensuring correct product replenishment for stores. * Conduct **monthly meetings** with involved departments to align deliveries and plan the upcoming period. * **Implement process improvements**, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. * **Monitor purchase requests** from the commercial department, ensuring alignment with company needs. * Monitor indicators such as **inventory coverage, stockouts, overstock, and expiration losses**, proposing corrective actions. * Perform **analyses and reporting** * Utilize **tools and systems** to ensure deadlines, planned requirements, schedules, and seasonality. * Oversee the entire **procurement process**, from request to final delivery at stores. * Record and control **incoming, outgoing, and write-off invoices** * **Identify transfer requirements** * Address **delivery incidents**, such as order discrepancies, track returns, and ensure proper resolution. * Maintain updated **supplier, material, and service master data**. * Assess the **impact of promotions on demand**, with a commercial and strategic perspective. * CLT * Full-time * 01141040, São Paulo, SP, Brazil
