We are looking for a **Store Supervisor**, a professional responsible for overseeing and ensuring execution of cashier routines, cash operations, inventory management, expiry date control, store organization, food service processes, and compliance with sanitary, quality, and safety standards. Join the Shell Select \& Shell Café team and contribute to this new journey of proximity, authentic connections, and sustainable growth. **Proximity that strengthens us, connection that drives our growth** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support operational activities: cashier service, product restocking, store organization, and cleaning. * Execute and monitor essential administrative and financial routines for smooth store operations. * Conduct and monitor inventory control, including pre\-inventory checks and product verification. * Inspect incoming goods to ensure compliance with invoices and quality standards. * Complete and monitor the daily operational checklist, ensuring excellence in customer experience. * Organize work schedules, days off, and vacations in partnership with leadership to ensure team availability. * Support and guide cashiers, helping them adhere to operational standards and maintaining team motivation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Store Supervisor or in support roles for store leadership. * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule. * Strong communication skills, organizational sense, and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Gym membership program \- Gympass; * Credit cooperative \- Barracred.
