If you want to join a purpose-driven company with strong values and ample room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Restocking and organization:** Ensure products are always available and properly displayed in aisles, counters, walls, floors, and shelves, restocking as needed or per leadership instructions. **Sales area maintenance:** Keep the sales area consistently organized, verifying that products are fully processed (hangers, security tags, labels, and pricing) and making necessary adjustments—such as relabeling, reissuing tags, and quantity verification. **Visual merchandising:** Support the implementation of visual merchandising (VM) concepts, assisting in window displays, wall layouts, and floor arrangements, following the VM manual and leadership guidance to ensure attractive, strategic product presentation. **Promotion of financial products:** Approach and advise customers about the **Caedu Card** and other **financial products and services**, clearly presenting their benefits and encouraging adoption—all while prioritizing customer experience and satisfaction. **Customer service:** Greet customers warmly, attentively, and efficiently; assist them in selecting products; and provide clear, accurate information about merchandise and available services. **Focus on satisfaction:** Act with empathy and proactivity, striving to resolve customer inquiries promptly and supporting leadership in addressing issues—ensuring an outstanding shopping experience and strengthening customer relationships. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You definitely need:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in sales and general customer service. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Profit Sharing (Per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Caedu Product Discount Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Personalized support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
