Responsibilities and Duties:
* Maintain direct engagement with leadership across all store departments and operational stages.
* Maintain constant communication with Retail Management and the Loss Prevention department.
* Systematically record and report all actions and audits conducted to supervision.
* Monitor KPIs and results related to losses, waste, and reuse.
* Use corporate systems for data entry and dashboards to track data and evidence.
* Conduct audits on shipments originating from the Sumaré DC (dry and refrigerated operations).
* Identify and validate discrepancies regarding shortages, overages, and damages.
* Complete the discrepancy protocol and forward it for incident validation.
* Randomly audit deliveries from external suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with merchandise receiving processes.
* Identify and report process deviations to unit management.
* Audit donation withdrawals, verifying quantities and invoices.
* Daily coordination with store departments to ensure adherence to the disposal schedule.
* Physically verify merchandise scheduled for disposal, ensuring compliance with established timeframes.
* Identify products eligible for reuse in production areas (clean produce section and cafeteria).
* Weigh and document disposed merchandise jointly with the department leader.
* Ensure proper destruction and disposal of unserviceable merchandise.
* Perform systemic disposal entries and record reasons in CGO.
* Apply the weekly loss prevention checklist at the unit.
* Present audit results and scores obtained to management.
* Share identified improvement opportunities with departmental leadership.
* Conduct shelf-life audits across store departments.
* Identify near-expiry products and adjust FIFO on shelves.
* Engage department leaders for necessary handling and corrections.
* Remove and store expired products in designated locations.
* Report outcomes and resulting actions to the manager.
* Identify slow-moving products by department.
* Conduct physical inventory counts and validate product placement and pricing.
* Jointly analyze display and sales strategies with the department leader.
* Report implemented actions to Loss Prevention Management.
* Identify products with negative inventory and analyze root causes with the department leader.
* Perform necessary systemic adjustments for correction.
* Inform unit management of identified causes and corrective measures.
* Report handling efforts and outcomes to Loss Prevention Management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Completed high school education;
* Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory control systems;
* Prior experience in inventory control, verification, or loss prevention is desirable.
Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
