As a **Floor Supervisor**, you will be responsible for **monitoring common areas in shopping malls and commercial centers**, ensuring **control over entry and exit of people and vehicles**, as well as **safeguarding security, organization, and proper operation of the premises**. You will also **assist and guide visitors, customers, store tenants, and service providers** attentively and courteously, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with venue regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Control pedestrian and vehicle access; * Conduct patrols in common areas to verify order and security; * Assist in identifying and recording incidents; * Attend to and guide visitors and service providers courteously; * Follow company-defined operational and security procedures. **Requirements:** * **Completed or currently pursuing high school education;** * **No prior experience required** — we provide initial training. **Work Schedule and Rotation:** * **Daytime / Intermediate or Night shift on a rotating 12x36 schedule.** **What We Look For In You:** * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Willingness to learn and grow in the field of asset security.
