For us, growth goes beyond numbers—it means strengthening our team, promoting continuous learning, and building a solid foundation for our future! **\#LeadTheMarketWithUs** **Responsibilities:** * Evolve and maintain critical applications, ensuring performance, availability, and quality. * Lead the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering through delivery and acceptance testing. * Define and implement scalable, modular, and highly reliable architectures. * Develop and maintain backend services and integrations (APIs, messaging, ETL/ELT). * Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation and continuous delivery best practices. * Model and optimize data—including work with Data Lakes and data pipelines. * Drive continuous improvements in performance, security, and technical debt reduction. * Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and Front\-end teams to ensure business-aligned deliveries. * Implement observability practices (logs, metrics, monitoring). * Document solutions and technical decisions clearly and systematically. * Serve as a technical reference—conduct code reviews and support team development. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical planning, execution, deployment, maintenance, and observability of critical or core-business applications. * Demonstrated track record leading technical projects—including functional and non-functional requirements analysis, technical refinement, development using industry best practices, version control, unit testing and code coverage, CI/CD pipelines, and stakeholder acceptance testing. * Experience integrating enterprise platforms and systems via APIs (REST/GraphQL), messaging/queues, ETL/ELT, and pre-built connectors (Middlewares / iPaaS), ensuring reliability, traceability, and alignment with business processes. * Ability to model efficient data structures, optimize queries, and manage complex transactions—with knowledge of schema versioning tools. * Knowledge of Data Lake architecture, modeling, and operations—including data ingestion, layered organization, metadata usage, and ETL/ELT pipeline development. * Capability to structure modular and scalable applications—ensuring high availability, loose coupling, and continuous improvement in performance, security, testability, and maintainability. * Experience designing and developing robust, scalable backend applications and services—applying software engineering best practices and modern architectural patterns. * Ability to create and maintain integrations with infrastructure systems and cloud platforms—as well as other internal and external business-critical solutions. * Track record of continuously improving application performance, security, testability, and maintainability—with emphasis on technical quality and technical debt reduction. * Effective collaboration with DevOps, Front‑end, and Product teams—ensuring integrated, business-aligned deliveries and adherence to continuous delivery best practices. * Experience documenting architecture, APIs, data flows, and technical decisions clearly and accessibly for the team. * Strong software engineering and technical mentoring practices: ability to guide developers, conduct code reviews, promote development standards, version control best practices, and SOLID principles—acting as a technical reference within the team. * Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills—capable of aligning expectations, negotiating scope, and translating business needs into technological solutions. * Ability to manage projects with defined timelines—ensuring adherence to schedules and established quality criteria. * Support defining engineering best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring mid- and junior-level developers—contributing to internal guidelines, architectural standardization, code structure, and quality processes—while fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical improvement. **Check Out Our Benefits** * Meal allowance (Flash Benefícios) * Transportation allowance (Flash Benefícios) * Bradesco Health Plan—no cost for the employee \+ 50% employer contribution toward dependents’ monthly premiums * Bradesco Dental Plan * Wellhub Basic\+ plan (free) and subsidies for higher-tier plans * Birthday day off * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Conexa—Mental health platform * Discount partnerships with educational institutions, including FGV, FIAP, and INSPER **And More!** A thoughtfully designed environment to relax and have fun: daily coffee and fruit, Netflix, bean bags, hammock, video games, arcade, and much more! **Hybrid Work Model** (located near Morumbi Shopping, Brooklin Metro Station, and Morumbi CPTM Station). **Want to be part of this journey and grow with us?
