To achieve this, we rely on a robust in-house technology infrastructure and highly qualified partners connected through a proprietary platform—or integrated with the **market’s most recognized solutions.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Ready for a challenge that truly makes a difference?** We are looking for a **Senior Compensation Analyst** with strong analytical insight, technical expertise, and strategic vision to support the management of our compensation programs and personnel budgeting, ensuring internal and external competitiveness across all business units. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Develop and monitor the annual personnel budget package, producing reports and simulations; * Calculate short-term incentives, ensuring accurate calculation bases; * Update salary tables based on market compensation surveys; * Produce and present executive materials and compensation indicator analyses; * Ensure adherence to Compensation Policies, advising leaders accordingly; * Participate in compensation surveys, benchmarking, and industry events to monitor competitiveness; * Lead area-specific projects, from analysis through delivery; * Provide technical guidance and operational support to the team (where applicable). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Let’s move forward—here’s what we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Compensation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, WTW); * Salary surveys and competitiveness analyses; * Data analysis applied to compensation; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). **Work Model and Schedule:** On-site, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
