Plan and direct security activities and procedures. Lead and supervise the in-house security, parking, and firefighting teams, manage contracts with third-party companies. Monitor incident resolution within the facility. Attend to and interact with customers, store operators, and local authorities. Prepare the annual department budget. Monitor and implement the shopping center's emergency plan and other related activities. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Proficiency in Office suite, people management experience, previous experience as a Security Supervisor.
