If you possess the qualities and motivation to lead yourself or teams, roles are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** We have an opening for a **Security Administrative Assistant** **(Security Admin Assistant)**, a professional who will support export operations, ensuring process monitoring, customer support, and oversight of security and loss prevention investigations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide internal and external customer support regarding export shipments related to Delivery Information and Loss Prevention, ensuring service quality and accurate information dissemination; * Monitor and engage in export investigations and notifications concerning shipments detained in the destination country, via the PCR system; * Monitor the shipment tracking system to follow up on active tracers; * Monitor and notify customers about recurring packaging failures, advising them on correct shipping methods; * Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates using Power BI. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Intermediate English and intermediate Spanish will be considered a plus; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Competencies:** * We seek a proactive professional with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and process-monitoring abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to handle conflicts and adverse situations professionally are essential.
