**Job Description:** We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our administrative team, directly responsible for organizing patient care schedules for Home Care services. The professional will ensure full coverage for each case, in accordance with technical, operational, and compliance requirements set by health insurance providers. **Responsibilities:** * Create, update, and adjust 12x36, 24-hour, on-call, and absence coverage shifts. * Contact healthcare professionals (e.g., technicians, nurses, physical therapists) for confirmation and substitutions. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, clinical standards, and contracts with health insurance providers. * Support HR/Personnel departments in tracking work hours, leave management, and absence-related matters. * Collaborate with the auditing department to adjust schedules according to patient needs. * Participate in onboarding new staff and align with the credentialing team. * Maintain clear and empathetic communication with staff and patients’ families. **Requirements** * Prior experience managing operational scheduling (preferably in Home Care or healthcare settings). * Strong organizational skills, agility, and effective conflict management. * Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
