Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving goods, organizing inventory, handling food products, cutting and grinding meat, and maintaining sector hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace hygiene and organization **Responsibilities** * Receiving goods, organizing sector inventory in cold storage, handling food products, producing marinated items and self-service trays, restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, verifying pricing, cleaning and organizing the sector, and providing customer service/sales * Arranging frozen meat counters and islands according to pre-established quality standards to facilitate sales. * Providing direct customer service at the butcher counter, including cutting, grinding, and weighing meat to serve customers effectively. * Assisting in sorting products from the area into appropriate containers—such as ground meat, chicken cuts, sliced steaks, ribs, and roasted meats—then weighing, pricing, and displaying them for sale. * Updating prices on the butcher’s price list as instructed. * Keeping meat pieces inside cold chambers organized to create space for newly arriving stock. * Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace—including cleaning counters, cold chambers, etc.—to prevent accidents and proliferation of insects, bacteria, etc., ensuring compliance with required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * 6-day workweek schedule with fixed weekly day off; * Availability to work from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM; * No prior experience required; **What We Offer:** * On-site meal (free); * Transportation allowance; * 20% discount on fruits and vegetables purchased at Oba Supermarkets; * Exclusive offers for employees; * Free telemedicine and telepsychology services; * Payroll-deductible loan; * New Value benefits club; * Optional medical assistance (co-payment); * Optional dental assistance; * SESC agreement (access to gym, various sports, and holiday camps); * Discounts at partner educational institutions; * Pharmacy agreements: Droga Raia and Drogasil.
