




**Responsibilities** * Receiving goods, organizing sector inventory in cold storage, handling food products, preparing seasoned items and self-service trays, restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, verifying pricing, cleaning and organizing the work area, and providing customer service/sales. * Arranging meat displays on counters and frozen-food islands according to pre-established quality standards, using various cuts of meat, to facilitate sales. * Providing direct customer service at the butcher counter, including cutting, grinding, and weighing meat, to ensure excellent customer service. * Assisting in sorting products within the department by placing them into appropriate containers—such as ground meat, chicken cuts, sliced steaks, ribs, and roasted meats—and then weighing, pricing, and displaying them for sale. * Updating prices on the butcher’s price list as instructed. * Keeping meat items inside cold storage areas organized to create space for newly arrived stock. * Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace—including cleaning counters, cold storage units, etc.—to prevent accidents and the proliferation of insects, bacteria, etc., thereby ensuring required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with fixed weekly day off; * Availability to work from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM; * No prior experience required; **What we offer:** * On-site meals (free); * Transportation allowance; * 20% discount on fruits, vegetables, and other produce purchased at Oba Supermarkets; * Exclusive offers for employees; * Free telemedicine and telepsychology services; * Payroll-deductible loans; * New Value Benefits Club; * Optional medical assistance (co-payment required); * Optional dental assistance; * SESC membership (access to gyms, various sports, and holiday resorts); * Discounts at partner educational institutions; * Pharmacy partnerships: Droga Raia and Drogasil.
