Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, organizing, and handling products in the butcher department, providing customer service and maintaining department hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining organization and hygiene in the department **Responsibilities** * Receiving goods, organizing department stock in cold storage, handling food, preparing seasoned items and self-service trays, restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, verifying pricing, cleaning and organizing the department, and providing customer service/sales * Assembling butcher counters and frozen-food islands with various cuts of meat according to pre-established quality standards to facilitate sales. * Directly serving customers at the butcher counter, performing cutting, grinding, and weighing tasks to ensure excellent customer service. * Assisting in sorting department products into appropriate containers—e.g., ground meat, chicken cuts, sliced steaks, ribs, and roasted meats—and weighing, pricing, and displaying them for sale. * Updating prices on the butcher price list as instructed. * Keeping meat pieces inside cold storage organized to create space for newly arrived items. * Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace—including cleaning counters, cold storage units, etc.—to prevent accidents and the proliferation of insects, bacteria, etc., thereby ensuring required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * 6-day workweek schedule with fixed weekly day off; * Availability to work from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM; * Prior experience not required; **What We Offer:** * On-site meal (free); * Transportation allowance; * 20% discount on fruits and vegetables purchased at Oba Supermarkets; * Exclusive offers for employees; * Free telemedicine and telepsychology services; * Payroll-deductible loans; * New Value Benefits Club; * Optional medical assistance (co-payment); * Optional dental assistance; * SESC membership (access to gym, various sports, and holiday camps); * Discounts at partner educational institutions; * Pharmacy partnerships: Droga Raia and Drogasil.
