We are looking for a Mid-level Quality Analyst to manage and monitor quality operations in shopping centers. The role involves contacting tenants, monitoring construction works, analyzing indicators, and supporting processes within the Excellence Program. If you thrive in dynamic environments and wish to join a team committed to excellence, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contact new tenants and stores undergoing renovation to assess project feasibility and ensure updated tenant mix floor plans; * Monitor construction schedules and report discrepancies to leadership, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations; * Conduct daily mall rounds to oversee services provided by third-party quality contractors and inspect operational installations and stores; * Analyze quality department indicators (supplies, cleaning, renovation, and inspection); * Organize legal quality documentation for the unit; * Track quality-related requests and ensure timely delivery of cleaning, hygiene, sanitization, and landscaping supplies; * Handle financial processes for the department (supplier negotiation, quotation matrix, purchase order issuance, invoice request from supplier); * Implement quality processes outlined in the Quality Handbook under the Excellence Program; Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD; * Strong communication skills, critical thinking, organizational ability, and analytical vision. **Preferred Qualifications**: Prior experience in quality control or operational audits (preferably in shopping centers, facilities management, or retail). Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement tools, and MS Project.
