Job Summary: Professional required for psychosocial screening, psychotherapeutic care, counseling, rehabilitation, and planning of prevention programs. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in multidisciplinary assistance activities Conduct psychosocial screening of patients, including preparation of assessment spreadsheets and various modalities of care—individual and/or group sessions with family members/caregivers; conduct psychotherapeutic consultations; provide counseling to individuals experiencing psychological difficulties and assist in the rehabilitation of patients with physical sequelae; plan and evaluate workplace stress-related prevention programs; attend departmental meetings; participate in multidisciplinary assistance activities; provide timely support to employees; interconsultation; refer patients and/or family members/caregivers for continued psychological follow-up after consultation/evaluation or upon discharge; provide expert advice on legal matters, including preparation of psychological reports for various purposes.
