Main Responsibilities: * Interpret technical drawings and machining specifications (dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, and operation sequences); * Perform measurements using measuring instruments; * Program CNC machining centers and lathes; * Develop, adjust, review, and correct CNC programs; * Prepare machines according to drawings, work orders, and tools; * Perform tool presetting and sharpening; * Adjust fixtures and replace components; * Prepare and maintain cutting fluid at the ideal concentration; * Monitor initial machining cycles and perform necessary adjustments; * Conduct sampling and validation of pilot parts; * Rework non-conforming parts; * Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines; * Provide technical support to production, guiding operators and ensuring process continuity; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of machining processes, aiming to reduce time, waste, and increase productivity; * Maintain organization and preservation of programs, tools, fixtures, and machining standards. Requirements: * Proven experience as a **CNC Programmer**; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of measuring instruments; * Experience with CNC machining centers and lathes; * Knowledge of CNC programming languages; * Organized, analytical, and proactive profile.
