All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, analyze, and optimize **operational processes**, focusing on **continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction**; * Monitor and analyze **performance indicators (KPIs)**, requesting the creation and/or updating of **dashboards** to support strategic decision-making; * Create, review, and maintain up-to-date **detailed documentation of administrative processes and RAC stores**, ensuring standardization and clarity; * Use **process modeling tools** to develop flowcharts and diagrams, ensuring correct **version control and document management**; * Organize, draft, and disseminate **internal communications** regarding process changes, standardizations, and operational reinforcement; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Process Management, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Proven experience in **managing and optimizing operational processes**; * Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, with emphasis on **Excel and PowerPoint**; * Knowledge of **process modeling tools** (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, or similar); * Knowledge of or certification in **continuous improvement methodologies**, such as **Lean and/or Six Sigma**. * Availability to work **100% on-site**, with easy access to the **Mogi das Cruzes region**. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
