Job Summary: Responsible for cordially, attentively, and firmly controlling and organizing access to the school, ensuring safety and compliance with institutional regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Control entry and exit of people and vehicles in accordance with protocols. 2. Monitor gates and report suspicious behaviors. 3. Maintain the reception area clean and organized in coordination with the team. Responsible for controlling and organizing access to the school with courtesy, attention, and firmness, safeguarding the safety of the school community, adherence to institutional regulations, and welcoming visitors. **Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of students, parents/guardians, staff, and visitors, following institutional protocols. * Register, identify, and direct visitors according to internal regulations. * Monitor gates during peak traffic hours to ensure security and smooth flow of people. * Verify use of ID badges and other mandatory identification methods. * Observe and report suspicious behaviors or risk situations to the leadership team. * Support organization during events, school meetings, and special activities. * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and equipped with operational materials in order. * Collaborate closely with the pedagogical and administrative teams to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. * Safeguard confidentiality of information and uphold the institution’s positive public image. * Perform other duties relevant to the role as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience in reception and/or security roles. * Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility. * Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Availability to work in the Vila das Mercês and Pinheiros regions Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * PetLove * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Dependent Study Grant (for private schools) \| subject to approval by the Board after 60 days * Totalpass * Breakfast at the Company * Ticket Benefits Club * SESC Membership * Senac Accreditation (50% discount) * PUC Accreditation (up to 30% discount) * Employee Study Assistance (50% scholarship) after 60 days of employment, capped at R$ 500
