JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and scheduling of the central kitchen where food is produced; Inventory control (raw materials and finished products); Real-time production monitoring; Issuance of production orders; Production capacity analysis; Performance reports and indicators (KPIs); Industrial experience is desirable.
