Description

1\. Request the quotation from the customer and verify it against the system; 2\. Receive payments, checking for counterfeit bills; 3\. Request the salesperson to adjust the quotation if the customer requests changes to the number of installments or payment method, within established guidelines; 11\. Stamp and sign the quotation and fiscal receipt, return them to the customer, and inform the customer where to collect the merchandise; 12\. Inform customers of the return policy; 13\. Send check payments to Finance; make deposits into the smart safe when necessary to avoid cash accumulation at cash registers; reconcile quotations pending invoicing by zeroing out their values in the system; 14\. Close the cash register at the end of the shift and finalize the fiscal printer, generating in the system a summary of all fiscal receipts issued; 15\. Handle customer outstanding balances for purchases paid monthly, assisting delivery cashiers in reconciliation processes; 16\. Receive reconciliations from motorcycle delivery personnel, verifying the quotation and customer signature, and returning one copy as proof of payment; 17\. Generate on the credit card machine a daily report of all credit card payments made that day, and send it to the Finance Department along with all supporting documents; 18\. Store all personal stamps in drawers and lock them; log out of the system and Spark whenever leaving the department; 19\. Mark quotations as paid by completing the collection process, preventing unjustified charges; 20\. Receive internal consumption quotations (signed by the manager) and mark them as paid in the system using the internal consumption option; 21\. Sum up all internal consumption quotations, stamp the sum confirmation (calculator tape), and send it to Finance; 22\. Charge any balance due or issue credit card refunds in cases of returns, as previously explained to the customer; 23\. Perform other tasks as requested or required for smooth departmental operations. 24\. Submit daily remittances to prevent cash accumulation at cash registers and deposit funds into the smart safe.
