Requires organization, attention to detail, and proactivity The **Office Assistant in the finance department** is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational routines of the area, ensuring the organization and control of the company's financial information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record accounts payable and receivable in the system; * Assist in verifying invoices, bank slips, and receipts; * Generate simple financial control reports; * Support cash flow control; * Attend to suppliers and customers regarding financial matters (when necessary); * Assist in monitoring payment and receipt deadlines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Basic knowledge of Excel and financial systems; * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Good communication skills and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in finance or administration; * Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable routines.
