Job Summary: Professional to conduct workplace visits and inspections, risk inventory, issuance of JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses), work permits, and validation of corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Active involvement in occupational safety and process compliance 2. Responsibility for accident investigations and action plans 3. Support to CIPA and alignment with branch leadership This is a temporary position, offered through a 4-month contract managed by RH Brasil consulting firm. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Workplace visits and inspections – unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, PPE usage, Golden Rules, etc. * Risk inventory for PGR (General Risk Prevention Program); * Issuance of JHAs, permits for high-risk work, and ARPT (Risk Analysis for Temporary Work); * Ensuring compliance of the Occupational Safety Onboarding process; * Verification of PPE delivery record compliance; * On-site accident investigations; * Validation of implementation of corrective actions in general; * Bimonthly meetings with Emergency Brigades; * Accident investigation and action plan; * Risk assessment / HRN / Read Across / Routine and non-routine activities; * Training control, Safety Bulletins, and Preventive Alerts; * Support to the branch’s CIPA; * Meetings with branch leadership for general alignment and action planning **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards, social security legislation, and labor laws; * **Availability for travel and personal vehicle;** * **Work location: Pouso Alegre region.** **Additional Information** Transportation allowance; Meal allowance. * Temporary Position \- Contract managed by RH Brasil consulting firm **DPaschoal** is undergoing continuous transformation, combining tradition and innovation to deliver the best automotive solutions in Brazil.
