If you share our values, it will be a pleasure to see you write your journey with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform analytical, operational, and retrospective audits, issuing reports and opinions on them; Reject materials/medications billed for unauthorized daily rates; Reject irrelevant materials/medications; Verify whether billed materials/medications match those actually used; Reject materials/medications billed in excess; Flag for medical production instances where materials/medications are billed above market value; Receive bills containing exchange-program materials/medications, separately provided by the provider’s billing department; verify all materials/medications used; Prepare a monthly productivity report on completed tasks and deliver it to immediate coordination; Monitor surgical procedures; Conduct technical visits to hospitals, individually monitoring hospitalized patients; Develop work processes to maximize the cooperative’s cost-benefit ratio; Monitor and extend services within the accredited network; Facilitate authorizations according to internal guidelines; Analyze processes inherent to your area of expertise, proposing and suggesting improvements to maximize results; Ensure proper maintenance of assets, requesting repairs, maintenance, and/or replacement whenever necessary; Support immediate management on matters related to your area of expertise by identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to inform procedural and action decisions; Carry out other related activities as determined by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with active COREN registration; Postgraduate specialization in Nursing Audit; Specific knowledge of hospital billing; Proficiency in CBHPM, TUSS, TNUMM, and AMB coding systems; Knowledge of ANS regulations; Experience with hospital health plans; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Own transportation; Availability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule. **Additional Information** What we offer you: Health insurance with co-payment (available after probationary period); Meal voucher; Dental plan (available after probationary period); Discount club (pharmacies, gyms, educational institutions).
