All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for driving and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and guidance regarding the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle; * * Transport customers between the branch and the airport, and vice versa, ensuring agile, safe, and high-quality service; (if required) * * Assist in vehicle operation during pickup and return to the customer; * * Guide customers during boarding and disembarking, assisting with personal belongings, equipment, and luggage; * * Instruct customers on the use of specific equipment and accessories of rented vehicles; * * Support vehicle transfers between branches, fuel stations, and other service providers; * * Assist in verifying and delivering vehicle documentation during rental processes; * * Support fleet verification, indicating availability and unavailability, as well as coordinating vehicle dispatch for maintenance; * * Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles, ensuring their readiness for rental; * * Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or manually. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Customer service experience (retail experience is a plus) **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
