Record trip information, provide support to drivers, and deliver customer service via communication channels. Responsibilities: * Monitor vehicle positions via the system. * Ensure adherence to pickup, transit, and delivery schedules. * Assist drivers and customers, providing support during trips. * Record and handle incidents such as delays, route deviations, or damages. * Update spreadsheets and systems with trip data. * Communicate\-with internal departments to align information. * Provide timely information to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. **Working Hours: 12x36 shift schedule** **Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Day Shift** **Shift 2: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM \- Night Shift** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Personal vehicle required * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Food Basket * Total Pass
