Join us? resolves all your pain points without bureaucracy Responsibilities and Duties: **Your responsibilities with us will include:** * Monitoring vehicles via satellite, detecting route deviations, unauthorized stops, and panic button activations; * Customer service and support; * Analyzing data from security devices and executing appropriate procedures upon identifying suspicious activity; * Immediately notifying responsible personnel if any equipment malfunctions occur. Requirements and Qualifications: **To be a good fit, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Availability for rotating shifts: 12x36, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.; * Basic to intermediate computer skills; * Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organization, proactivity, and the ability to interact positively and productively. * Preferred: knowledge of tracking technology.
