Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives—fostering connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the entire security team and organic staff (CCTV supervisors and civilian firefighters); * Ensure implementation of the mall’s entire physical security strategy; * Manage the fire brigade (inspecting stores, technical areas, and common mall areas; customer assistance, etc.); * Guarantee registration and analysis of incidents and risk situations; * Manage contracts with third-party companies (security, fire brigade, etc.); * Ensure training for security guards and fire brigade teams—conducted jointly with third-party providers—on crisis management and emergency plans; * Control legal documentation and licenses required for the security and fire brigade areas (AVCB); * Maintain strong relationships with public security agencies—including military and civil police, and fire departments; * Manage area-specific KPIs: inspections of food court stores, Excellence Program, and annual security audit; * Manage the budget for the entire security and fire brigade team; * Address non-conformities related to store, event, and kiosk security; * Manage timekeeping for the entire organic security and fire brigade team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in shopping centers; * Experience in physical security; * Experience managing both organic and third-party teams; * Knowledge of physical security and fire brigade legislation; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** What We Offer You * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Transportation allowance/parking; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Wellz (psychosocial support service); * Saber Online (internal learning platform); * Annual bonus. **Work Location:** Shopping Curitiba; **Work Model:** 100% in-person.
