Job Summary: Professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as general services and supervision of service providers. Supervises maintenance service providers Assists in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels, air conditioning units, mechanical and hydraulic systems. Performs painting, masonry, relocation, and furniture repair tasks, and supervises maintenance service providers.
