**POSITION:** Maintenance Artisan **WORK SCHEDULE:** 12x36 **SALARY:** R$2\.060,00 **BENEFITS:** VA R$30,00/day \+ VT \+ Health insurance with copayment (after 6 months) \+ Birthday Day Off (after 1 year) **NUMBER OF POSITIONS:** 1 **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:** * Completed high school; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in building maintenance. **PREFERRED:** Hospital experience is a plus. **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Commitment and punctuality; * Teamwork; * Dynamic and proactive; * Agility and willingness; * Organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, plumbing, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmithing, masonry, ceramic tile installation, drywall plastering, and preventive air conditioning maintenance according to PMOC; * Prepare infrastructure for machinery and equipment when necessary; * Perform general building maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of facilities at HOME Hospital and its Operational Units, as per qualifications; * Conduct tests to identify and locate faults in equipment and machinery installation and operation; * Disassemble, assemble, and adjust work tools as needed; * Report to the immediate supervisor any issues that may interfere with proper task execution; * Safeguard work materials under personal responsibility; * Conduct equipment tests such as water and sewage pumps; * Support the air conditioning technical team in installing and maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning units, following PMOC; * Perform electric and oxyacetylene welding; * Carry out equipment installation renovations; * Maintain custody, conservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace; * Dispose of materials and waste generated during service execution; * Perform other related duties compatible with the position, as required or at the supervisor's discretion.
