Job Summary: Loss Prevention Supervisor responsible for controlling shrinkage, ensuring asset security, and leading the loss prevention team to guarantee efficient processes and compliance. We are seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to control shrinkage, ensure store asset security, and lead the loss prevention team, guaranteeing efficient processes and compliance with MartMinas policies. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the unit's Loss Prevention team. * Monitor security procedures and preventive actions on the sales floor. * Track inventories, stockouts, and loss indicators. * Control inbound and outbound merchandise flow. * Prepare reports and action plans to reduce losses. * Ensure adherence to internal standards and MartMinas requirements. * Train and guide employees on loss prevention and sound operational practices. * Support security initiatives during incidents or risk situations. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred). * Prior experience in Loss Prevention, Security, or Inspection. * Knowledge of retail/wholesale operations. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts and on weekends. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a Loss Prevention supervisor, team leader, or inspector. * Knowledge of indicator analysis and inventory management. * Experience in the wholesale-retail (atacarejo) segment. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.938,20 per month
