Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring the company's environment, controlling products, conducting patrols, identifying suspicious situations, and ensuring security standards. Employee guidance and training **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor the movement of customers, employees, and merchandise within the company premises; * Supervise the entry and exit of products and materials; * Conduct periodic patrols in store areas, warehouses, and restricted zones; * Identify and report suspicious or non-compliant situations; * Support inventories and internal audits; * Control and record incidents of loss, theft, or damage; * Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies; * Train and guide employees on loss prevention practices; * Assist in preparing performance reports and area-related indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education is an advantage); * Prior experience in loss prevention, asset security, or related fields; * Knowledge of inventory control and internal auditing; * Good communication skills, focused attention, and ethical conduct; * Availability to work rotating shifts and variable hours.
