The professional will work on implementation projects for the **Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service, and Field Service** modules of Dynamics 365 CRM. They will analyze business scenarios, processes, and procedures of clients, considering Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities to design the solution. **Salary Range** To be discussed **Become a Nexer** Requirements: **Expected Responsibilities:** * Define and ensure adherence to established development and architecture standards * Assist in planning integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems * Support the team in resolving complex technical issues and escalations * Collaborate with functional consultants to validate technical feasibility of requirements * Support developer career development (1:1 sessions, feedback, PDI) * Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and Microsoft platform updates **Leadership Requirements (Soft Skills) \- What Sets Our Lead Apart:** * Ability to conduct rigorous code reviews and define coding standards * Skill in mentoring junior and mid-level developers * Solution architecture vision, not just implementation focus * Clear technical communication with functional consultants and stakeholders * Prioritization management in environments with multiple concurrent projects * Ability to translate functional requirements into technical decisions * Autonomy and Decision-Making: Maturity to operate with a systemic view, anticipate problems, and independently propose continuous improvements. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):** * Dynamics 365 \& Power Platform development * Proficiency in Plugins (.Net / C\#) and Custom Workflow Activities * Web Resources development (JavaScript and HTML) * Experience with Power Automate and custom connectors * Knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model\-Driven Apps) * Integration via Dataverse Web API, OData, and Azure Service Bus * Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, Service Bus) * Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns (webhooks, ETL, event\-driven) * DevOps \& ALM * Version control and branch management (Git Flow) **Experience and Requirements** * Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years working with the technologies listed above * Leadership History: Prior experience (formal or as a technical reference) leading development teams on medium- and large-scale projects. **Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Experience with Dataverse for Teams and integration with Microsoft Teams * Knowledge of Power BI Embedded and custom reporting * Experience with data migration (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe/Informatica) * Intermediate/advanced English for documentation and international projects * Experience with low\-code governance and Center of Excellence (CoE Starter Kit) **What Increases Your Chances:** * Strong communication and customer focus; * Proactivity and resilience; * Advanced/fluent English (desirable); * Strong organizational skills; * Logical and coherent idea structuring; * Dynamism; * Openness and transparency; * High problem-solving capability.
