What do we expect from you? **Responsibilities:** * Follow the pre\-established training itinerary across the entire region to deliver training sessions to previously scheduled groups, either in person or online; * Facilitate access to knowledge for the Motorola team and sales representatives regarding the current product portfolio, new launches, or specific campaigns; * Ensure achievement of training objectives through differentiated techniques that enhance learning, as well as manage conflicts among participants during training sessions; * Provide technical mentoring to new employees to facilitate their integration into their roles; * Act consultatively to continuously support the development of the Moto team, and report and propose actions addressing current development needs identified during visits to Points of Sale (PDVs); * Develop and analyze progress reports and reports on achievement of Motorola team development objectives, as well as review, develop, and correct learning assessments; conduct field scenario analysis for development/contribution purposes, incorporating learning content. * Complete forms and reports, and perform and submit all administrative tasks within stipulated deadlines, including requests from management and BKO. **Requirements:** * Prior experience delivering training (minimum 2 years). * Proficiency and passion for working with technologies such as smartphones and tablets. * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). * Mastery of fundamental presentation techniques (pronunciation, vocabulary, tone of voice, empathy, etc.). * Mastery of educational methodologies and their application. * Strong understanding of the business context. * Skillful execution of group dynamics. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (Category B). * Proactive attitude. * Communication skills. * Innovation. * Creativity. * Emotional intelligence. * Negotiation skills. * Goal orientation. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Time management skills. * Teamwork skills. * Customer experience focus. **What do we offer?** * A relaxed, enjoyable, and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities to grow and learn from industry experts. * Meal voucher: R$ 704.00 per month. * R$0.95 per km driven. * Variable remuneration (RV) based on achieved targets. * Transportation voucher (VT). * Gympass and Wellhub. * Discounts with Open English, ESEG, and São Judas universities. * Partnerships with Drogaria São Paulo, Pacheco, and Pague Menos pharmacies. * Porto Seguro health and dental insurance (no cost to the employee). * Partnership with Sesc.
