If you believe you can make a difference and advance your career, join our team! **Location and Work Model** * **Ribeirão Preto – SP (Iguatemi Shopping)** * **Hybrid model:** * 2 days per week on-site (field) * 3 days per week remote (service desk) * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Key Responsibilities** * Providing Level 1 (N1) technical support for corporate systems, software, and applications. * Installing, configuring, relocating, adding, and replacing hardware and software. * Handling and resolving service tickets via **ITSM**, both remotely and on-site. * Delivering technical support to ensure customer platform **availability and performance**, in accordance with agreed SLAs. * Assisting internal and external users via phone, email, and in person. * Logging, tracking, and closing service tickets to prevent recurrence of issues. * Providing basic support for networks, servers, and IT routines, in line with client policies. * Documenting applied solutions and supporting process improvements. ### **Mandatory Requirements** **Education and Experience:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (completed or in progress). * Prior experience in **Service Desk / Level 1 Technical Support**. * Experience supporting users via phone, email, and in person. **Technical Knowledge:** * Hardware maintenance and configuration (desktops, laptops, printers). * Networking (IP addressing, cabling, connectivity, routers, switches). * Domain environments (Active Directory – user creation and management, permissions, GPOs). * Operating systems: **Windows 7, 10, and 11**, and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic information security concepts and IT best practices. * Fundamental knowledge of **ITIL** (preferred). **Advantages** * Technical certification or undergraduate degree in technology-related fields. * Additional experience in corporate environments. ### **Important Notes** * Must **own a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) and hold a valid driver’s license**. * The professional will occasionally travel to **São José do Rio Preto/SP** (approx. 90 km), roughly **once per month or as required**. * **Reimbursement for mileage and fuel** is provided according to company policy.
