Join us as a \#Finneter **Responsibilities and Duties** * Promote agile practices within squads and departments supporting teams; * Define roles and responsibilities within each project. * Support and/or lead planning processes related to scope, schedule, quality, and risk management. * Contribute appropriate tools and actions tailored to each project’s context; * Monitor project progress to ensure planned activities are executed, identify deviations, prioritize demands, and escalate issues negatively impacting stakeholders; * Support removal of daily impediments by involving relevant parties and guiding the team toward resolution; * Interact with leadership to identify systemic issues and opportunities for continuous improvement; * Ensure transparency in demand progress using visual tools; * Apply metrics to improve processes; * Support team members in resolving conflicts; * Maintain organized routines and critical thinking to keep project documentation updated in the corresponding repository; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Experience providing technical support; * Experience in customer relationship management; * Computer literacy; * Strong interpersonal and cross-departmental communication skills; * Dynamic; * Analytical; * Proactive; * Collaborative. **Finnet: Connecting Companies to the Financial Future for Over 22 Years** At Finnet, our mission is to transform complexity into simplicity.
