Position Details * Assist in developing LPG central and distribution network projects, in compliance with current technical standards. * Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers, identifying and resolving LPG system failures. * Schedule field engineers’ technical visits, optimizing routes and deadlines. * Finalize service orders (SOs), ensuring proper process closure. * Issue technical reports, certificates, and Technical Responsibility Statements (ART) via the CREA website. * Analyze incident data recorded in CRM, develop trend charts, and propose corrective actions. * Provide technical support to Installation, Engineering, After-sales, Commercial, Key Accounts, Bidding, and Customer Service departments. * Annually (or as required) organize and submit the customer list for preventive maintenance planning. * Weekly monitor customer preventive maintenance schedules and open corresponding SOs. * Receive and close CRM incidents related to preventive maintenance, ensuring proper recording and handling. * Monthly update the customer database with the status of completed maintenance activities. * Weekly monitor tank inventory and track progress of new installations at operational bases. * Create, update, and review installation department procedures, promoting standardization and continuous improvement. * Analyze and cancel service orders where applicable, ensuring alignment between planning and execution. Requirements * Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate Engineering program. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for report generation; Power BI is desirable. * Knowledge of industrial piping sizing is desirable.
