Join our technical support team and grow with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Construction Monitoring and Control: Analyze ongoing activities, construction logs, workforce control on site, assist in monitoring actual vs. budgeted vs. contracted performance, etc.; * Measurements and Costs: Analyze and verify contractor and service provider measurements submitted by the construction company; verify quantities of services and materials; * Project Control: Assist in controlling revisions, coordination, and releases of projects in Autodoc; assist in managing project pending items; * Quality Control (Management): Assist in tracking non-conformities and action plans; * Reporting and Information: Organize information for periodic reports; ensure organization, traceability, and standardization of site-related information; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** * Initial experience with **engineering projects** * Experience or interest in **executive projects**. * Experience with **AutoCAD**. * Familiarity with **BIM / Revit** is desirable. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings With extensive expertise in large-scale mixed-use developments, JHSF has delivered nationally recognized landmark projects such as Parque Cidade Jardim in São Paulo.
