About the Role
We are looking for an **Infrastructure / DevOps Analyst** to design, implement, and maintain a **secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure**, collaborating closely with the development team.
This role plays a central part in **organizing multi\-cloud and hybrid infrastructure**, elevating security standards, and maturing **CI/CD, observability, and incident response processes**, all while ensuring stability without hindering developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, maintain, and standardize architectures across multi\-cloud environments (AWS, OVH, Contabo) and virtualized environments using Proxmox.
* Organize and evolve existing infrastructure within a hybrid setup.
* Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines with emphasis on automation, versioning, rollback capability, and security.
* Manage containerized applications using Docker (backend and frontend).
* Apply infrastructure security best practices, including access control, secret management, hardening, and edge protection.
* Elevate security posture without negatively impacting developer productivity.
* Improve observability, traceability, and incident response.
* Create and maintain clear processes and technical documentation in a growing environment.
Requirements
* Practical experience with AWS (EC2, Aurora, S3, Lambda, IAM).
* Solid knowledge of CI/CD using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
* Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
* Knowledge of infrastructure and application security, including:
+ IAM and principle of least privilege
+ Secret management (Secrets Manager, Vault, or similar)
+ API and application protection using WAF
* Experience with Cloudflare (WAF, DNS, SSL, Rate Limiting).
* Knowledge of Linux, basic hardening, and troubleshooting.
* Experience with logging and monitoring (CloudWatch, ELK, Loki, or similar).
* Clear communication with development teams.
* Organization and discipline in maintaining technical documentation.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible (Infrastructure as Code).
* Experience in multi\-cloud and hybrid environments (public cloud \+ Proxmox).
* Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas.
* Experience with security scanning (SAST, container scanning).
* Experience with VPNs (OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPSec).
* Knowledge of cloud cost management (budgets, alerts, optimization).
* Experience with Google Workspace, security policies, and auditing.
