Must possess knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), Windows Server and Windows 10/11 operating systems, virtualization (preferably Hyper\-V or VMware), backup concepts, antivirus/EDR solutions, and fundamentals of information security. Expected to perform server and network service support activities, monitor operational routines, assist in environmental monitoring processes, conduct initial incident analysis, execute documented procedures, and interact with internal teams and vendors.
