




Support the Human Resources department in carrying out operational and administrative activities, contributing to the smooth functioning of people management processes and the company's organizational climate. * Support all stages of **recruitment and selection** (job posting, candidate screening, scheduling, and feedback); * + Organize and participate in **employee onboarding** and **admission** processes; + Perform **electronic timekeeping recording and control**; + Assist in **benefits administration** (vouchers, agreements, and corporate plans); + Support the **organization of internal and external training**, attendance registration, and TD indicators tracking; + Assist in the preparation and updating of **HR reports and indicators** (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.); + Provide **employee support and service** regarding questions on policies, procedures, and benefits; + Collaborate on **internal marketing, engagement initiatives, and internal campaigns**; + Support **performance evaluations** and individual development plans (IDP); + Control and archive **personnel documentation and records** in an organized and confidential manner.
