The role involves supporting employees with their day-to-day needs, providing administrative support for HR routines, and ensuring alignment with company policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the HR contact point at operational bases, providing direct support to employees. * Support administrative activities related to the Human Resources area. * Guide employees on internal policies, benefits, and HR procedures. * Support attendance control processes and payroll-related information management. * Address general HR requests, ensuring effective communication between the administrative and operational areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * **Availability to work at our Realengo base;** * Prior experience in HR administrative routines; * Experience with timekeeping systems (FPW) and knowledge of benefits is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and focus on employee service; * Teamwork and ethical conduct. **Additional Information** We believe a company’s success begins with transparency and reliability from every team member.
