Develop individualized care plans in a multidisciplinary team The **nurse** is the most qualified healthcare professional to assume coordination of patient care planning, working across diverse areas and playing a vital role in health promotion, prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation. **Salary**: R$ 3\.656,70 **Work Schedule**: 180h (12x36\) **Modality**: In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct clinical assessments of hospitalized patients, collecting data on health history, vital signs, and symptoms, and recording all information in the system to ensure comprehensive documentation; * Perform technical procedures such as wound dressings, catheterizations, and laboratory specimen collections, correctly completing all nursing progress notes and care scales to ensure accurate information capture and reporting; * Supervise nursing technicians, ensuring activities comply with established protocols and standards to maintain consistent, uniform care for all patients; * Plan and prepare daily work schedules, guaranteeing coverage for all shifts and adjusting as needed for scheduled or unscheduled absences; * Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team, identifying each patient's specific needs and monitoring plan progression while making necessary adjustments; * Prepare and maintain detailed records of patients' clinical progress and interventions performed, drafting activity reports and highlighting situations requiring attention to improve clinical care processes; * Contribute to planning and implementing policies, protocols, and clinical process improvements, and participate in committees—including patient safety committees—and hospital infection surveillance and control projects; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Valid professional registration with the respective regulatory council; * Basic Microsoft Office package; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** * Meals provided on-site; * SESC benefits; * DayOff.
