The Legion of Good Will – LBV is hiring **General Services** staff: The **General Services** role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Institution’s common and specific areas, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all users. **Responsibilities and duties** **Activities performed:** * Cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, and windows. * Vacuuming and sweeping carpets and rugs. * Cleaning restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. * Disinfecting surfaces and objects. * Proper collection and disposal of waste. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Completed elementary school (minimum); **Prior experience:** Experience in cleaning is desirable; **Additional information** * Workload: **220 hours/month** * **Working hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * **Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Health plan — effective upon confirmation; * Dental plan — effective upon confirmation; * SESC membership; * Discounts at gyms and sports facilities — **Wellhub**; * Educational partnerships offering discounts on courses and universities; * Training and capacity-building program.
