Job Summary: An operational support professional responsible for store organization, product handling, merchandise restocking, and maintaining the store environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in store organization and maintenance 2. Assistance in restocking and moving merchandise 3. Collaboration on operational tasks and preparation of spaces * Verify daily priorities with leadership. * Support organization of store departments. * Move products and boxes carefully. * Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor. * Support the team in locating and internally transporting products. * Organize packaging materials, boxes, bags, and auxiliary supplies. * Remove empty boxes and waste from circulation areas. * Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the environment. * Support preparation of spaces for campaigns, special occasions, and new collections. * Report broken, damaged, misplaced, or unstable products to leadership. * Pay attention to fragile items and aisle safety. * Collaborate with the team on store operational tasks. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
