Job Summary: Manage the fuel attendant team and overall gas station operations, including store opening, fuel control, financial reporting, and sector organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support and goal supervision **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role and in team management are positive differentiators; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy; * Leadership, assertive communication, and conflict management skills; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the fuel attendant team, ensuring attendance and achievement of targets. Serve as both Forecourt Manager and Gas Station Manager for overall operational management. Perform store opening procedures. Verify vouchers and cards, issue invoices, receive and control fuel inventory. Conduct financial reporting. Maintain sector organization and supervise achievement of operational targets. Provide operational support when necessary. And other related duties. **BENEFITS / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.400,00 + bonuses and hazard pay allowance. * **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) | 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday) * **Company Location**: Camocim - CE; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.399,00 - R$2.400,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
