Opportunity for experienced professionals in the automotive field. **Job Description** * Perform bodywork on light and/or heavy vehicles (dent removal, part and structural alignment) * Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, application of filler, primer, and finishing) * Execute automotive painting (touch-ups, full repainting, and polishing) * Identify imperfections and ensure final finishing quality * Use specialized equipment and tools (spray guns, sanders, etc.) * Adhere to workplace safety, quality, and organization standards **Requirements** * Proven experience as an automotive painter and/or body technician * Knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques * Basic understanding of colors, paint mixing, and finishing * Experience with industrial vehicles or heavy-duty trucks is desirable * Completed elementary or high school education * Commitment to deadlines and quality **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization and discipline * Proactivity * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment to safety **Advantages** * Experience in painting industrial equipment or trucks * Technical courses in automotive bodywork/painting * Experience in an industrial environment Salary: R$2.800,00 - R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
