They will also guide cashiers, resolve inquiries, and ensure proper cash flow.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct cash verification, replenishment, and exchange to ensure adequate supply across all cash registers. * Guide, train, and supervise cashier operators, ensuring adherence to procedures and service standards. * Clarify customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive shopping experience. * Monitor checkout operations, identify improvement opportunities, and prevent operational inconsistencies. * Support resolution of discrepancies, registration errors, and incidents related to cancellations and returns. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, loss prevention protocols, and security standards. * Propose improvements to the layout and organization of the checkout area to enhance efficiency, smoothness, and customer service. * Communicate\-with internal departments (IT, Finance, Store, Loss Prevention, Inventory) to ensure seamless operational functionality. * Track checkout performance indicators (service time, queue length, operator productivity, opening/closing procedures). * Assist in developing cashier shift schedules, when required.
